VISION
OCRC envisions a society where all children including
orphans have safe childhood and have opportunities for
their overall development.
MISSION
The mission of OCRC is to strive for protecting rights
of the orphaned children and helping them for their
overall development through protection and development
initiatives and advocacy on their issues.
GOAL
The overall goal of OCRC is to achieve a situation
that the orphaned children have safe childhood and their
rights are protected in all respect.
STRATEGIES
OCRC employs the following strategies in achieving
its mission:
• Research and study to reveal the conditions
of the children, specifically the orphaned children,
and identifying issues for advocacy and program development.
• Run orphanage for the protection and overall
development of the orphaned children in risk situation
through accommodation and education support.
• Implement development initiatives to address
the issues of the orphaned children at the community
level.
• Network, collaborate and work together with
all potential and relevant organizations and individuals
at all levels for resource and responsibility sharing.
• Advocate issues of the orphaned children from
the local levels to the national and international levels.
• Mobilize local as well as external resources
from government, non-government sectors as well as individuals.
